The complete Afflow spec sheet. Ten features, each solving one real problem Indian Shopify merchants run into the day they launch an affiliate program.
Afflow adds GST on top of every commission payout and generates a compliant invoice. State is captured during affiliate onboarding — Afflow uses it to apply CGST + SGST (intra-state) or IGST (inter-state) automatically.
Afflow tracks cumulative financial-year payouts (Apr–Mar) per affiliate. The moment they cross your configured threshold under Section 194H or 194-O, TDS starts deducting automatically on every future payout.
On the Pro plan, Afflow pushes payouts through Razorpay X directly to UPI IDs, bank accounts, or VPAs — in batches or individually. Reconciliation runs nightly; failures surface with actionable reasons.
Set flat or bracketed commission rates. Brackets are calculated on the affiliate's lifetime-to-date sales, so a top performer naturally earns more per order as they grow. Change tiers whenever — past referrals are preserved.
Afflow runs inside Shopify admin using Polaris. The affiliate portal is served on yourstore.com/a/ref via Shopify App Proxy — which means affiliates stay on your branded domain. Three scopes total; no over-requesting.
Every sensitive field — PAN, GSTIN, legal name, address, bank details — is stored as three columns: _encrypted, _iv, _tag. AES-256-GCM with a unique IV per field. PAN last-4 is kept in plaintext so UIs can show it without decrypting.
Self-referrals, duplicate devices, coupon-stuffing cart farms — Afflow flags suspicious referrals before they get paid out. You review, you decide. You never auto-pay fraud.
The merchant dashboard shows everything you need to run your affiliate program — in real time, in Indian rupees, in IST. No dollar signs. No timezone confusion.
The affiliate portal lives on your Shopify store domain. Logo, colors, typography — match them to your brand. Affiliates think it's your own-built product. It kind of is.
