Terms of Service
1 · Acceptance
[Placeholder] — By installing or using Afflow you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.
2 · The service
[Placeholder] — Afflow provides affiliate marketing software for Shopify stores. The service includes a merchant admin embedded in Shopify, a branded affiliate portal served via Shopify App Proxy, commission and tax calculation, payout execution (on paid plans), and related APIs.
3 · Account & Shopify
[Placeholder] — You must have an active Shopify store to use Afflow. Afflow is installed and billed via the Shopify App Store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account.
4 · Billing & plans
- [Placeholder] Free plan — up to 20 active affiliates
- [Placeholder] Starter plan — ₹999 per month, up to 200 active affiliates
- [Placeholder] Pro plan — ₹2,999 per month, unlimited active affiliates
- [Placeholder] Fees are billed in INR through Shopify's appSubscriptionCreate API and appear on your Shopify invoice
- [Placeholder] Razorpay X payout fees (~₹5–₹10 per transaction) are charged separately by Razorpay and are not included in your Afflow subscription
5 · Free trial
[Placeholder] — Starter and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. No card required. If you do not upgrade by the end of the trial, your account reverts to the Free plan.
6 · Acceptable use
[Placeholder] — You will not use Afflow to:
- Facilitate fraudulent transactions or money laundering
- Promote illegal products or content
- Circumvent Shopify's platform policies
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure
- Misrepresent tax or compliance status to affiliates
7 · Intellectual property & licenses
[Placeholder] — Afflow and its logos, copy, and codebase are owned by Afflow Technologies Pvt Ltd. You retain ownership of your store data, your affiliate records, and content you upload. You grant Afflow a limited license to process that data solely to operate the service.
8 · Disclaimers & liability
[Placeholder] — The service is provided "as is". We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for: indirect or consequential damages, third-party downtime (Shopify, Razorpay, Resend), or affiliate misconduct.
9 · Tax responsibilities
[Placeholder] — Afflow computes and deducts GST and TDS according to the settings you configure. You remain the statutory deductor and are responsible for filing returns with the appropriate authorities. Afflow provides the data; you file the forms. We strongly recommend working with a qualified CA.
10 · Termination
[Placeholder] — Either party may terminate by uninstalling the app. On termination, we honour the Shopify shop/redact webhook and destroy shop-scoped data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to retain.
11 · Governing law & disputes
[Placeholder] — These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
12 · Changes
[Placeholder] — We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to the merchant contact on file 30 days before they take effect.
